The cosy, lovingly designed restaurant can seat up to 160 inside and with using the terrace with our without a tent you can place up to another 250 guests.<\/p>\n

The \u00e0 la carte menu offers delicious lunches, freshly prepared daily with loving care.<\/p>\n

  • Daily adapting desserts<\/li>\n

    If you are not that hungry we recommend:<\/p>\n

    Crunchy field salad with balsamic dressing or<\/p>\n

    Grilled veal sausage with onion gravy and crispy R\u00f6sti.<\/p>\n

    Sliced veal from Saanen with R\u00f6sti<\/p>\n

    Beef Entrec\u00f4te grilled with vegetables and gravy plus homemade french fries.<\/p>\n

    Homemade beef tartar mild or spicy with salad and grilled Payasse from Early Beck Saanen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

    Something extremely local and traditional:<\/p>\n

    The Fondue! The Moiti\u00e9-Moiti\u00e9 from Gruy\u00e8re Mol\u00e9son is one of the\u00a0\u201cMust-do\u2019s\u201d\u00a0upon your visit at the Wasserngrat.<\/p>\n

    You can pare it with pickless and potato and also add a shot of snaps. That is how Swiss people enjoy their Fondue.<\/p>\n

    Or during winter season why not taste the white or black truffle sprinkled at the top of the melted cheese? mmmhhh delicious!<\/p>\n
