Learn more about the products we are working with, where do they grow, where does the Meringue come from, which farmers produce these fantastic cheeses or where do the chickens sleep and rest?

We are delighted to give you a sneak-peak into our range of supplier, colleagues and friends who are all extremely passionate about their own products!

We hand them out for free in our restaurants for the ones left behind at home. At least you can send them a postcard to enhance his next visit easier.

  • Can you resist creamy cheese freshly made? Then you should visit Monsieur Beroud who has his production in Rougemont.
  • From cow to ewe and further to goat cheese he offers an extremely wide range of excellent products.
  • Whether in one of our restaurants or at the 16 BUTCHER Shop in the middle of Saanen, you could purchase some for snacking or to bring it home and enjoy in a very special moment.

  • The main part of all our meat we use, are from local formers from the Simmental & Saanenland

 

  • A small range of beautifully selected wines from the own import company Buchs & Da Silva
  • We do sell in small quantitites and are happy to assist for wine stocks, delivery, wine-vouchers and small events combined with wines e.g. Wine Tasting in your house or at our restaurant.

 

  • 1000 of eggs are shiftet extremely carefully up to Wasserngrat all year around!
  • They are all sourced locally at Mr Kobi Zeller. Visit him and his happy chickens:

  • We do have goat from time to time on the daily specials.
  • They have jumped around in the fields of Chalberhöhni with Farmber K.Ellenberger
